Warranty and Manufacturer Defects
MANUFACTURER DEFECT POLICY
Taupoc USA stands behind the quality of every R-SKIN and VEL-SKIN suit. All suits are inspected before shipment. In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, we will work with you to make it right.
WHAT IS COVERED
- Bonded seam separation not caused by improper fitting or excessive pulling
- Fabric defects present at time of purchase
- Stitching failures under normal competition use
- Silicone edge failure not caused by improper care
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
- Damage caused by pulling too hard on the fabric during fitting
- Seam damage from fingernails, jewelry, or sharp objects
- Fabric degradation from lotion, sunscreen, soap, or detergent
- Normal wear and compression loss from extended use
- Damage from machine washing or drying
- Suits that have been altered or modified
HOW TO CLAIM
- Contact david@yejitech.com within 30 days of purchase
- Include your order number and photos of the defect
- We will review and respond within 3–5 business days
- If confirmed as a manufacturer defect, we will replace the suit or issue a store credit
IMPORTANT
All defect claims must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. Any issue with a genuine manufacturer defect will show within the first few uses. Claims submitted after 30 days will not be accepted. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
