Return and Exchange Policy

TAUPOC USA — RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to race with confidence. Please read our policy carefully before purchasing — tech suits have specific return rules due to their performance-sensitive nature.

UNWORN SUITS

Unworn suits in original condition with tags attached may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Suits must be returned in original packaging, unwashed, and with all tags intact. Suits showing any sign of wear, stretching, or contact with water will not be accepted for return.

SIZE EXCHANGES

We accept size exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unworn suits only. Please review our Size Guide carefully before ordering — R-SKIN and VEL-SKIN suits run large and most swimmers should size down.

WORN / USED SUITS

Once a suit has been worn in the water, it cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. This is standard policy across all tech suit brands including TYR, Arena, and Speedo.

PRE-ORDERS

Pre-order purchases are final sale. If you need to change your size before your suit ships, contact us immediately at david@yejitech.com and we will do our best to accommodate.

CONDITION REQUIREMENTS FOR RETURN

Original tags must be attached
Suit must be unworn and unwashed
Suit must show no signs of water contact, stretching, or use
Suit must be in original packaging
Skin must have been clean and free of lotion, deodorant, or makeup when trying on

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

Email david@yejitech.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturer defect.
